WHO WE ARE

The GreenTech Synergy - Global Decarbonization Initiative represents an innovative and collaborative vision to tackle climate change. With the aim of integrating several technologies and solutions into a unified strategy, this initiative seeks to align the readiness and efficiency of these technologies with ecosystem preservation protocols, greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets, protection of natural resources, and ecological intervention in terms of the mobility of people and goods.

GreenTech Synergy proposes a comprehensive solution that unites Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technologies, supported by an MRV (Measurement, Registration, and Verification) ecosystem, using IoT, DLT, and AI, with environmental conservation practices and certification systems for carbon credits, biodiversity, and other environmental assets. This DLT ecosystem, called the Consensus Mechanism (MoC), will serve as a basis for the integration of compliance with regulations such as Deforestation-free (EUDR), CBAM EU, CSDR EU, CSDDD EU, and the Greenwashing Law, using smart contracts. This ensures compliance, traceability, verifiability, and accounting in the decarbonization actions and measures adopted, and the results obtained, in line with the objectives of the European Union.

With an initial operation aimed at Deforestation-free compliance and specifically taking into custody the flows of Brazilian products and producers and the environmental assets that are the forest biomes, GreenTech Synergy assumes responsibility as European Representative for the due diligence, assessment, management, and custody of risks associated with deforestation by agricultural products and producers from third countries exporting to the European Union market.
