The mission of GreenTech Synergy is to build an effective bridge between technology, regulation and territorial development, empowering municipalities, companies, producers and communities throughout the climate transition. We combine digital innovation, scientific rigor and new models of sustainable finance. Through MRV technologies, IoT, AI and distributed-ledger systems, we ensure that every environmental action is measurable, verifiable and integrated into frameworks aligned with European policies, delivering transparency, trust and real impact.

Who We Are

GreenTech Synergy represents a global decarbonization vision built on an integrated and collaborative approach. We bring together technologies, methodologies and financial instruments within a coherent ecosystem that aligns technological readiness with ecosystem preservation, emission reduction, natural-resource protection and the sustainable transformation of mobility for people and goods.

Our digital ecosystem is supported by an advanced MRV model with IoT monitoring, artificial intelligence and distributed-ledger registration through the Consensus Mechanism, MoC. This system ensures traceability, continuous verification, data integrity and automated compliance with key European regulations such as the EUDR, CBAM, CSDR, CSDDD and the European regulation on greenwashing. Smart contracts reinforce transparency, accountability and reliability across all processes.

GreenTech Synergy's initial operational focus is on managing and safeguarding deforestation risk linked to agro-commodity supply chains from third countries, particularly Brazil. We act as the European Representative for EUDR due diligence, assessment, risk management and custodianship, supporting producers, operators and exporters in protecting forest biomes while enhancing the value of their environmental assets.

Strategic Initiatives and Projects

GreenTech Synergy develops projects that strengthen local economic competitiveness and prepare territories for the emerging European climate-finance architecture. One of the flagship initiatives is the Integrated Municipal Energy System, Município Eficiente 2030, developed in partnership with AAConsulting.

Município Eficiente 2030

This official municipal programme establishes a complete ecosystem of energy efficiency designed to:
• immediately reduce energy bills for households and SMEs,
• protect consumers from the structural price impacts of ETS 2,
• prepare companies for access to the European Decarbonisation Bank,
• generate strategic, data-driven indicators,
• align local policies with the European energy transition,
• combat energy poverty and modernise municipal energy governance.

The programme includes:
• the Municipal Energy Radar,
• the Energy Policy Firewall,
• the Annual Municipal Energy Efficiency Study,
• the Municipal SME Energy Ranking,
• the "Efficient Company 2030" Municipal Award,
• the Municipal Energy Desk,
• the Municipal Certificates Market, functioning as a Municipal Decarbonisation Bank that prepares companies and families for ETS 2 requirements and access to European funds.

AAConsulting and GreenTech Synergy provide strategic coordination, model design, technical analysis, management of the one-stop desk, development of digital tools, production of annual reports and support for applications to European financing mechanisms.

Circularity, Resilience and Heritage Parks

GreenTech Synergy is also active in key areas of circular economy, climate resilience and territorial valorisation. We develop MRV and DLT-based solutions to monitor nature-positive practices, support urban and industrial waste-management systems, strengthen the preparedness of territories for floods and wildfires and create new models of sustainable finance aligned with European policy.

The Heritage Parks Network and ecological corridors represent an integrated approach to ecosystem restoration and protection, enhancing environmental resilience while enabling the creation of biodiversity-credit and sustainability-practice markets in line with the Nature Restoration and Protection Law.
